We hope you love your purchase from The Co-Ops.
If you're not completely satisfied, eligible items may be returned within 14 days of delivery.
Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
Unworn
Unwashed
In their original condition
Returned with all original tags attached
Items that do not meet these requirements may not be eligible for a refund.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless an item arrives damaged or you receive the incorrect item.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, refunds will be issued to your original method of payment.
Please allow 5–10 business days for your financial institution to process the refund after it has been issued.
Exchanges
At this time, The Co-Ops does not offer direct exchanges.
If you would like a different size or item, please return your original purchase (if eligible) and place a new order.
Final Sale
Items marked Final Sale are not eligible for return or refund.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@thecoopsmv.com, and we'll make it right.
